Disclaimer: As you can imagine, I don't actually own any of the pictures here. They are of celebs. Unfortunately, some of them I have had saved for so long I have no idea where I got them from.
Note: The only characters who will be featured on here are the ones who are important in at least one of the rangers lives and will appear more than once. Obviously, the more developed the character the more there is to write about them. As more stories come up with some of the repeat characters, more may be added to their bios.

Biography: This Australian/American was born in Sydney, Australia. She moved to Angel Grove, CA at a very young age (as soon as she was old enough to fly) because her father and older brother lived there. The summer before her freshman year, she moved to New York City when her father got the chance to start his own production company there. When her cousin Kat moved to Angel Grove, Carri convinced her parents to let her stay with Kat so she could finish off her senior year at AGHS. She now attends college at USC with the rest of her "gang".

She was attracted to one of the boys, and was able to convince her parents that with the vampires Sunnydale was too dangerous, so they let her move to LA to live with her uncle where he lived.
